D Rules The Nation is a 1989 New Orleans hip-hop album by Gregory "D" and D.J. Mannie Fresh, released on Yo! Records (catalog X-101). A landmark piece of early New Orleans rap history, this release features a young DJ Mannie Fresh — who would go on to become one of Cash Money Records' most celebrated producers — in one of his earliest recorded appearances.
