Guerillas In Tha Mist is the 1992 debut album by Da Lench Mob, released on Street Knowledge/EastWest Records (catalog 92206-4). Produced largely by Ice Cube and Sir Jinx, this 13-track West Coast gangsta rap landmark introduced J-Dee, Shorty, and T-Bone to the world with a politically charged, uncompromising sound. Tracks like "Capital Punishment In America," "Freedom Got An A.K.," and "Inside Tha Head Of A Black Man" reflect the album's sharp Afrocentric militancy — a defining release of the early 1990s West Coast rap scene.
