Details
Something Good is a classic piece of Texas rap history: a 1992 UGK (Underground Kingz) CD single on Bigtyme Recordz and Jive, from the Port Arthur duo of Pimp C and Bun B just as Jive brought them to the nation. Pimp C produced it, with Russell Washington as executive producer and a special remix and additional production by Bernie Bismark and Shetoro Henderson for Touchdown. The track list runs through clean, radio, street and extended versions, plus Pimp C's own radio-clean and radio-street mixes. It's Southern hip-hop, rap from the dawn of the Houston-area takeover.
