Details
This is a 1996 Def Jam Records November sales CD sampler, sent out in a cardboard sleeve to push the New York label's fall releases. Trigger Tha Gambler's “Bust” from Life's A 50/50 Gamble opens, then Queens legend LL Cool J's “Rock The Bells” from All World, Redman's “That's How It Is,” Cleveland's Flesh N' Bone with “World So Cruel,” and Brooklyn's Foxy Brown, whose “La Familia” is misprinted as “La Firmilia.” It's a rare industry-only piece of mid-'90s Def Jam history.
