This is a super rare and hard to find Denver, Colorado G-Funk single called, "City Scene" and "We Haven't Forgotten" by the G-Rap group known as "D.T.E." aka "Deffer Than Ever". D.T.E. consisted of Carl "MC Deadly" Banks (R.I.P.), Thomas "Master Tee", Lance "R.L.", Cameltta Banks & Kevin Phillips. The dope production was handled by Terry Hillman & D.A. Oldis II. This album was Executive Produced by Keith Phillips. Carl "MC Deadly" Banks was murdered on October 31st. of 1993 (Halloween).
