Smoke In-Halation, Blood, Sweat & Tears is a 1999 release by Sacramento, California's P-Folks, identified on the cover as aka Roulette, on Big Bread Entertainment. Young Tone is credited with production, and Young Tone Da Goombata is credited as executive producer on the rear insert. The 18-track program connects P-Folks with an extensive guest lineup: Spice 1 appears on “Ha! Ha!,” Brotha Lynch Hung joins “Animosity,” and both appear on “Dramatic.” “Inhale Da Smoke” features First Degree, while “Faces” brings together Killa Tay, Greedy, and Dubb Sak. Other listed collaborators include Smurf, Shaggy Hogg, Dubb 1, Twamp, and D-Dubb. These pairings make the album a useful entry point for collectors tracing late-1990s Sacramento rap and its wider Northern California connections. The smoke-themed packaging highlights several of those guests on the front and credits Serious Art / FX for design and layout on the rear. Catalog number BBE 1208-2 and the rear barcode, 687172120820, provide edition reference points.
