Shipping & Returns
New Item(s): Customers may return most new, unopened items within 14 calender days of delivery for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Used Item(s): All used items are SOLD AS IS. All used items are graded on the disc and artwork conditions, NOT the plastic jewel cases. Plastic jewel cases can be replaced by the buyer. Customers should expect to receive their refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If the customer needs to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
MintUnderground.com reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise if it is lacking sufficient condition. Ex. If you were shipped a brand new item, we expect it to come back sealed in it’s original condition. If the item were opened or appears to have been opened, we will not give a refund.
All items are shipped sealed. This includes our used items.
MintUnderground.com can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When a customer places an order, Mintunderground.com will estimate shipping and delivery dates for customer based on the availability of the items and the shipping options that have been chosen. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We do NOT ship on weekends nor holidays. If you order during the weekend, your order will be processed on the following Monday (or the following business day) and shipped to you on Tuesday (or the 2nd business day). If you order is placed on a U.S. holiday, we will process your oder the following business day after the holiday and will ship on the 2nd business day.
