Straight out of Oakland, California, The Delinquents built their reputation on deep-bass G-funk production with a player and pimp aesthetic that could turn hard when tested. The album features guest appearances from Knum Skull of The Luniz and Black Dynasty — a tight, trunk-rattling Bay Area underground classic.
