T.C. Ellis was a rapper in Prince's Paisley Park orbit, and True Confessions (1991) is the result. It's a funky mix of hip-hop, rap, P-Funk and new jack swing, with tracks produced by Prince and George Clinton, in a CD longbox. It was produced by Levi Seacer, Jr., with co-production by T.C. Ellis and George Clinton, additional production and remix by Larry Robinson and post-production and mix by Junior Vasquez. Alan Leeds is executive producer.
