Lunasicc, also known as Luni Coleone, is a Sacramento, California rapper whose 1997 cassette release Hard Times/Gotta Make Skrill/Lyrical Homicide captures the hard-edged, independent West Coast sound of the late '90s. The existing release notes credit production to Dr. Bumpinstein, Boogieman, BC, and Troy White, with appearances from C-Bo, Ephriam Galloway, Killa Tay, and Laroo. The six-track program moves between radio, street, and instrumental versions, making it a strong collectible for Sacramento underground rap and G-Funk listeners.
