It's hard to talk about Pooh-Man without landing on Funky As I Wanna Be (1992), a hip-hop, rap and gangsta rap single with plenty to say. Lawrence Lee Thomas, known professionally as Pooh-Man or MC Pooh, is an American rapper. With lyrics focused on topics of sex, money and murder, his namesake song appeared on the soundtrack to the 1992 film Juice.
Ant Banks produced it, and Ant Banks and Too Short show up to help carry them. If it's missing from your collection, now's the time.
