Tripple Double (aka Tripple Dub & BadTripp) is a Denver, Colorado G-Funk rapper from the Montbello neighborhood and one of the region's most important underground artists. The Parable is his sophomore album, released in 1999 on On The Blocc Records, with some of the dopest G-Funk production in the Denver underground, most of it handled by Tripple Double himself. It's a 20-track deep cut through Montbello street life with a West Coast feel, from “Real Den II” and “Cell Blocc 46” to “Shootin' Denver 46ers” and a dedication to Ernest Meadows R.I.P. 1982–1997. It's an essential piece of Denver hip-hop, rap history.
