Price match
Our prices are firm, but we'll match any competitor listing the same item in the same condition. Email sales@mintunderground.com with the link. Price match compares the item price; shipping is calculated at checkout as usual.
Returns and refunds
You can check your order status or start a return from your account.
- Return items within 30 days of delivery, in the condition they shipped; sealed items must still be sealed. Email sales@mintunderground.com with your order number first.
- Return shipping and original shipping aren't refunded, and a 20% restocking fee applies, except for damaged, defective or not-as-described items.
- Damaged, defective or not as described? Email us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
- EU, EEA and UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal with no restocking fee and outbound standard shipping refunded. Sealed items you unseal after delivery are excluded.
Condition and sealing
New items ship factory-sealed; used items are inspected, graded and resealed by us. The condition grade in the listing applies. Once you unseal an item, it can't be returned, unless it's damaged, defective or not as described. See our Condition Grading Guide.
Shipping
- We ship to almost any address in the world. Costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
- Import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country. They aren't included in shipping and are the buyer's responsibility.
- Once your order ships, it's in the carrier's hands. Mint Underground isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost, stolen, or tracking stops updating, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Weekend and holiday shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders don't ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Weekend orders are processed Monday and ship Tuesday. Holiday orders are processed the next business day and ship on the second business day.
