This is the first release that Innerstate Ike put out after the fatal and tragic shooting that involve Ike, Cac (R.I.P.) & Analiza Slim. This album showed/expressed a lot of growth and determination from Ike. Ike found a way to bring hood living to God fearing. This album is the perfect blend of what I would like to call, "Hood Spirituality". Ike was able to capture the thoughts of a hustler, gang banger and an all out street dreamer. Ike was able to go inside the minds of these street star/Hustlers. He was able to express the of spiritual warfare (rights and wrongs) that these hustlers go through on a day to day basis while trying to feed and support their cause. Basically, Ike was able to give a voice to the Hustler as they battle with their spiritual side and their street mentality. Ike also, covers topics like thug love and how God can find a way to bond and heal. This is by far one of the best and most complete albums that Ike has put out. If you go to church and come from the turf...you can feel this album. We believe that anybody can relate to Ike and his "Faith Moves Mountains" series. Be sure to check out "Faith Moves Mountains 2", because it's built off of this album!!! Both albums are full of that old school late '80's and mid 90's G-Luv feel. The samples on this album will definitely make your fingers snap, while the lyrics move you!!!
