Details
The Boys were the Abdulsamad brothers from Carson, California, and on this 1990 Motown self-titled album they took over the arranging and producing themselves. It's playful and funky, with skits, “Crazy,” “Thing Called Love,” a cover of “Got To Be There” and “Thanx 4 The Funk.”
Contemporary R&B from brothers growing up fast and finding their own sound.
